Deborah Gallant - Senior Program Manager: Deborah is the Senior Program Manager at Entrepreneurs Forever, where she creates value for members through educational sessions and community-building initiatives. Since 2022, she has led over 50 online sessions and spearheaded the Western PA Small Business Summit. Previously, Deborah ran EforAll in Berkshire County, helping local entrepreneurs grow through accelerator programs and workshops. With over 20 years of experience as a small business coach, Deborah is known for making complex topics accessible and engaging. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Brandeis University.

If I keep going, how long am I committing? How much longer can I go?

Up to three more years, no matter how long you’ve already been in the program.

Can I pick my own group, facilitator, or group members?

The “re-application” linked above gives you the chance to express all these preferences. We will do our best to accommodate.

Is there a limit on seats for the senior peer group?

At this time, we can only offer as many seats as we have funding for. Members who have reached 3 years will be given priority when assigning seats.
